3. What is the payment schedule?

1 lakh for Booking

20 % for agreement in a week

Balance on registration within 15 days from the date of booking

4. Can I make changes within the apartments?

Changes are subject to feasibility and at extra costs. However, bathrooms / waterlines in particular cannot be changed or altered.

5. When can I expect a call from your customer service team?

Customer service team will invite you for a formal orientation to record your requests, if any, for modifications. The requests will be considered based on feasibility.

6. Will lofts be provided?

Lofts will be provided.

7. What are the other costs?

Registration charges, Maintenance, Statutory Deposits.

9. Is there any provision for Back –up power?

Elevators / Motor Pumps and common areas will have 100 % back – up while each apartment will have 500 watts back-up.

10. I am an NRI. Can I book from abroad?

You can book from anywhere in the world. Just send your complete details by email

11. How can I transfer funds to your account?

You can transfer funds from anywhere in india or from abroad using IMP
